Business Overview

Resource Circulation Business

We add value to materials that would otherwise be discarded. Through our unique sales network, we purchase non-ferrous metals at premium rates, strongly supporting both cost reduction and resource circulation. For complex or difficult waste where customers are unsure how to proceed, our expertise guides them to the appropriate compliant treatment route.

Metal Recycling

With the reliable appraisal skills cultivated since our founding and our processing facilities, we handle all types of metal scrap, including steel, copper, aluminum, and stainless steel. Through meticulous sorting, compression, and shearing, we transform it into valuable raw materials once again.

Steel Scrap

We handle a wide range of materials, from demolition scrap to steel scrap generated at factories, and consistently purchase them at fair market prices.

Non-Ferrous Metals and Lead-Acid Batteries

We purchase copper, aluminum, brass, and other metals at the latest market prices. We also purchase various batteries through appropriate channels.

Rare Metals

We accurately appraise rare metals such as nickel and cemented carbide, and determine the value of alloys even when their composition is unknown.

Data Destruction / Physical Destruction

We completely erase devices containing confidential data through both secure software erasure and physical destruction. Certificates can also be issued.

Synergy with Group Companies

Okagami Co., Ltd.

Our group company Okagami Co., Ltd., based in Kyoto Prefecture, handles the collection and transportation, intermediate processing, and conversion of metal scrap into recycled raw materials. Since joining the group in February 2010, Hamada and Okagami have combined their facilities, technologies, and networks to handle a broad range of metal scrap through a stable intake system.

Processing Capacity Supporting Monthly Intake of 4,500 to 5,000 Tons

By combining cutting technologies such as Okagami’s large guillotine shears, we handle large metal scrap including H-beams that are difficult to compress. Thick metal scrap can also be processed by gas cutting, enabling flexible handling of a wide variety of items. Across the group, we maintain a stable monthly intake capacity of 6,000 to 6,500 tons, accommodating high-volume projects and ongoing transactions.

Expansive Intake Yard and On-Site Capabilities for Easy Delivery

Okagami’s facility has an expansive intake yard more than 100 meters deep with ample clearance, allowing large vehicles and heavy machinery to enter and unload smoothly. Its ability to unload large machinery enables flexible handling of heavy and oversized items as well as standard metal scrap, reducing delivery effort and driver waiting times.

Nakano Co., Ltd.

We are further expanding our aluminum and non-ferrous metal recycling network through collaboration with our group company Nakano Co., Ltd. In December 2025, Nakano, a specialist in aluminum and non-ferrous metal recycling, joined the group, further strengthening our resourcing business.

Resource Circulation for Aluminum Frames from Solar Panels

By leveraging Nakano's expertise, we promote the regeneration of aluminum frames recovered from solar panels into high-quality resources.

Reliable Quality Across All Non-Ferrous Metals

With the inspection and processing know-how Nakano has cultivated over many years in business, we appropriately appraise, purchase, and recycle even complex non-ferrous metal scrap.

Industrial Waste Recycling

We recover and recycle a wide variety of industrial waste generated from factories, buildings, lighting and air conditioning projects, among other sources. With our long-standing expertise, we offer the most appropriate recycling solutions.

Cost and Time Reduction through Multi-Category Mixed Collection

One vehicle can collect a wide variety of waste. Consolidating the collection point reduces the need for vehicle scheduling and manifest management.

Handling of Special and Difficult Waste

From the problem of "I don't know how to handle it," our business has expanded. Please entrust us with materials that require specialized knowledge and appropriate processing routes.

As a professional in waste management, you are chosen first

Please consult us with any small matter. We will offer the most appropriate solution based on our long-standing expertise.

Recycling & Advanced Sorting

Embodying the principle: mixed, it's trash; sorted, it's a resource.

Mixed waste & waste plastics

Using our advanced in-house sorting technology, rather than simply sending waste to landfill, we connect it as much as possible to recycling by material type.

Grade 2 metals (metal scrap)

We properly handle as industrial waste metal scrap containing impurities that make it difficult to purchase or require intermediate processing.

Hazardous Substances & Specially Controlled Industrial Waste

Even items requiring advanced management are handled one-stop, through to final disposal.

Specially controlled industrial waste (PCB, asbestos, etc.)

For PCB waste, asbestos, mercury-containing waste, and other materials requiring advanced control, we provide a consistent one-stop service from analysis through collection, transportation, and final disposal.

Fluorescent lamps & fluorescent lamp crusher

We recycle fluorescent lamps and process them cleanly and safely using our proprietary fluorescent lamp crushing machine.

Dry-cell batteries

Waste batteries containing mercury are properly processed at Nomura Kohsan’s Itomuka Mine after transfer and storage.

Fluorocarbon (CFC) recovery work

We properly recover refrigerant gases from refrigerators, air conditioners, and similar equipment.
Our comprehensive support covers certificate issuance, on-site recovery, and disposal of the equipment itself.

Next-Generation & Environmental Solutions

Total support for reuse and recycling

Solar Panels

We move panels damaged by age or disasters from landfill to recycling.
We promote the reuse and recycling of panels expected to be discarded in large quantities in the future.

Centralized Waste Management

Our Operations Center centrally handles everything from quotations and contracts to vehicle dispatch and billing, protecting customer compliance while dramatically reducing administrative workloads. Through our proprietary network connecting our facilities with trusted partners nationwide, we provide a one-stop centralized management service from Hokkaido to Okinawa.

Energy Business

In addition to our "venous" role of properly processing waste—including solar panels—and circulating resources, we also take on the "arterial" role of generating and supplying clean energy ourselves.

Solar power generation using reused panels

Drawing on expertise developed through our reuse business, we operate sustainable, cost-effective power generation projects. From installation and replacement of defective panels to removal and recycling, we provide clean power generation with a cradle-to-grave exit strategy. We also offer end-to-end support for corporate decarbonization management (GX) through self-consumption solar installations.

Solar Power Plant O&M (Operations and Maintenance)

In addition to reliable inspection and operational management, end-of-life panels are advanced-recycled at our own facilities. In cooperation with our group company RIXIA, we offer cost-effective management covering disaster damage, defective panels, and PCS replacement.
