Promotion of office casual to support flexible working styles
In order to maximize employee performance while respecting diverse values, we reviewed our dress code and introduced office casual based on a company-wide survey. We also distributed original T-shirts that allowed employees to choose the fabric and color. Workplace comfort has greatly improved, creating new vitality within the company.
Supporting employees’ dreams and challenges
The company supports employees in doing “what they want to do.” The symbolic in-house bar “Power Bar AWATA” was started with the concept of “positively transforming any problem with raw energy,” aiming to energize internal communication and improve engagement. It functions as an in-house third place that fosters interaction beyond departmental boundaries.
Environmental activities that energize the community and nurture employees
We recruit volunteers through an internal open call, with members from across departmental boundaries taking the lead from planning to operation. Environmental education not only creates points of contact with the local community but also serves as a place for interaction among employees who do not usually work together and for the growth of young staff, simultaneously driving the revitalization of the entire organization and contribution to the local community.
