Regarding the formulation of purpose and renewal of corporate logo
Hamada Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Takatsuki City, Osaka Prefecture, Representative Director and President: Tosuke Hamada) is commemorating its 50th anniversary.
We have formulated a purpose as a new CI (corporate identity) strategy.
The corporate logo design will be renewed from November 8th, the anniversary of our establishment.

Purpose Compass
How it was formulated
Purpose refers to the fundamental reason for a company's existence: ``Why does it exist?''
With the aim of becoming a company that will continue for the next 100 years, Hamada will use the 50th anniversary of its establishment as an opportunity.
We hope to pass on Hamada's values and ideas that we have cultivated over the years like a "baton" to the next 50 years.
We have decided on a purpose.
The path to formulation
In formulating the plan, employees from different departments, locations, and years of service came together.
A workshop was held to summarize the 50th anniversary and think about the future of Hamada.
We reconsidered the significance of Hamada's existence for society, and after many discussions, we formulated a "purpose."
At the same time, we also formulated a "compass" to represent Hamada's uniqueness that we would like to pass on to the future, which could not be fully expressed in the purpose.
Intended meaning
Purpose: "Transforming environmental issues into value and inspiring the world"
Until now, Hamada has grown by viewing customers' problems with waste as new business opportunities and converting them into something of value.
We hope to continue to be a company that inspires and has a positive impact on society.
Compass: "Read the direction of the wind," "Face boldly," "Change your perspective"
A compass refers to an employee's behavioral guidelines. "Read the direction of the wind," "head boldly," and "change your perspective"
Three words embody the uniqueness of Hamada that we would like to pass on to the future.
Corporate logo renewal
As a baton to the future
We believe that a logo, like a purpose, is a "baton" for passing on a company's thoughts and culture into the future.
We have decided to renew our company on the occasion of our 50th anniversary.
From now on, we will strengthen Hamada's brand identity with a focus on the new corporate logo.
Even if the environment or organization changes, we will continue to provide the same value based on our beliefs.
Logo intent
Hamada's initial letter "H" appears in the two circular arrows.
The symbol of this circular arrow represents Hamada's purpose: ``Converting environmental issues into value and inspiring the world''
Represents the meaning of "conversion" or "inspire" in a message.
Also, the white triangle inside the first letter A in the logotype represents the "arrow of the compass" pointing to the next era, symbolizing Hamada's compass.

We will share our purpose and compass with our stakeholders, contribute to society, and strive to improve corporate value.
