[Important Notice] Please be careful of "spoofed emails" that impersonate the names of people related to our company.
Dear customers and business partners
Thank you very much for your continued support.
Currently, a suspicious email (spoofed email) impersonating an employee of our company has been confirmed internally.
There is a concern that similar emails are being sent to people outside the company, but these emails are "spam/fraud emails" and have no relation to our company.
■Confirmed cases and techniques
We have confirmed cases where requests such as the following are made using the real names of our employees.
・Invitation to external SNS or communication tools: Under the guise of business communication, content invites you to external SNS or chat tools, or prompts you to create a group.
・Confirmation/Question of account information: Content that attempts to confirm ID and account information of SNS etc. in order to use the tool.
Please be careful as there is a high possibility that an external third party impersonates a member of our company and infiltrates our contact tools for the purpose of stealing personal information or committing fraud.
■Request from our company
If you receive an unknown or suspicious email pretending to be from our company, there is a risk of virus infection or unauthorized access.
Please do not access any links in the text, respond to suspicious emails, open attachments, etc., and delete any suspicious emails you receive.
We do not unilaterally request customers or business partners to use SNS or send account information via email without prior consent.
We will continue to strengthen our information security measures.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
